BRS working president K.T. Rama Rao (KTR), buoyed by the massive turnout at the party’s Silver Jubilee public meeting in Warangal, said the party was bound to return to power in Telangana.
Addressing party workers and leaders, he expressed his gratitude to the people for demonstrating their unwavering faith in the leadership of K. Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR). He described the Silver Jubilee meeting as one of the largest public gatherings in Indian political history and a clear testament to the BRS’s enduring public strength.
KTR claimed that despite traffic mismanagement by the State police machinery, lakhs still reached the venue, showcasing their love for the party and its contribution to Telangana. He emphasised that the success of the event despite logistical hurdles was a matter of great pride.
The BRS working president made it clear that the Warangal meeting was just the beginning, and with KCR vowing to personally lead future movements, he called upon the party cadre to prepare for intensified struggles against the Congress government’s ‘failures, injustices, and corruption.’
Mr. Rama Rao thanked the party leaders for their role in making the event a success. Public representatives, senior activists, and workers from Warangal district and Husnabad came in for special appreciation.
