Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court dismissed a criminal petition filed by BJP MP Etala Rajendar seeking to quash the FIR dated January 21, by the Pocharam IT corridor police for attacking a realtor. The case was filed against Rajendar on charges that he along with 30 others allegedly attacked a realtor in Ekashilanagar.
On a complaint filed by Gyara Upender, an FIR was registered under the BNS. Considering the contentions of the police and the de facto complainant, who said that the case was in the investigation stage, the court was not inclined to interfere in the proceedings.
