Yet another Trump Towers is coming to Hyderabad, a further development of the city’s economy and a promising addition to its real estate market. The towers will be located in Kokapet, Hyderabad, at the heart of the city.
The project is currently in collaboration with Ira Realty and Tribeca Developers, and is expected to finish somewhere between mid 2025-2026. The project stands up to a whopping Rs 3,500 crores, which exemplifies the luxury standard it sets for the Golden Mile locality.
Hyderabad is set to receive its much-desired Kukapet, a 4-acre selected Golden Mile area, with pedestal Trump Towers set to finish consumer internal work in late 2025.
The city aims to receive a stand for premium full-scale multi-level market real estate, while advancing India’s economy and infrastructure while gearing Hyderabad’s visual desiring scape ideology.
DESIGN AND FEATURES
The towers will contain mirrored glass marking the Trump style rotating with a chrome blast mantle. The famous Indian architect remains unnamed but is yet to unveil who has enlisted himself for the building redesign.
On the construction addition sits a built amenities block commissioned to be placed between the two fused towers and shall lie on Trump’s deck ship design, forty-nine feet high, resembling the ship’s deck cape furthest from the hull for a commanding view of the stern.
EXCLUSIVE RESIDENCES
The master plan of the development will showcase more than 400 ultra-luxurious residential units, each capped at a maximum size of 5,000 square feet.
The flats are likely to sell for between Rs 4 crore and Rs 5 crore, given the expected price of around RS 15,000 per square foot.
This pricing will surely make the Trump Towers one of the most exclusive residential offerings in Hyderabad.
