A Hyderabadi train food vendor was murdered by co-vendors near Kazipet railway station. It is suspected that a dispute between catering agents selling food in trains over their borders led to the murder.
A vendor selling food in trains at Secunderabad station was found murdered near the Kazipet railway station. It is learnt that he went up to Kazipet from Secunderabad station selling food but with the ongoing border dispute between the vendors already reaching a high, the vendors at Kazipet reacted violently over the violation.
Sources said that the murdered vendor cross the territorial limits earlier too, which triggered disputes between the catering agents. Further, the railway officials are also being blamed for the increasing clashes between the private catering agents as in their quest to secure commissions, the officials are selling the same station limits to two agents, which is eventually leading to violence.
