The Kia Carens Clavis is a new premium family car from the South Korean automaker in India. While prices of the model lineup will be announced in just a few hours, here are the leaked brochure scans revealing its variants, features, design details and colours.
2025 Kia Carens Clavis Variants:
The new Carens Clavis will be offered seven trims – HTE, HTE (O), HTK, HTK Plus, HTK Plus (O), HTX and HTX Plus, which are expected to be priced from Rs 11 lakh onwards. All variants will come with the 7-seats configuration, while the 6-seats layout will be exclusive to the top-end HTX Plus trim.
KIA KEEP key Features:
Starting with the interior, the Carens Clavis features a dual 12.3-inch screen setup – one for the infotainment and one for the instrumental functionalities. The MPV gets a newly-designed dashboard and two-spoke steering, borrowed from the Syros. The seating arrangement is exactly the same as in the existing Carens.
In terms of features, the new Kia Clavis offers an 8-speaker Bose sound system, a panoramic sunroof, sidling and reclining second row of seats, ventilated front seats, 4-way electrically adjustable driver’s seat, dashcam with dual view. The safety kit of the MPV includes 6 airbags (standard), a 360 degree camera with blind sport monitor, Level 2 ADAS and front and rear parking sensors.

2025 Kia keen key colors:
The leaked brochure scans reveal that the Kia Clavis lineup will be offered in 8 single-tone colour options – Imperial Blue, Sparkling Sliver, Pewter Olive, Aurora Black Pearl, Gravity Gray, Ivory Silver Gloss, Aurora Black Pearl and Clear White.
Kia Carnival key Design:
The Kia Clavis shares several design elements with the globally sold Kia EV. The front fascia looks completely different from the existing Carens, featuring the sharply-designed three-pod LED headlamps in a triangular housing and LED DRLs. The blanked-off grille and bumper with a blacked-out part and a silver faux skid plate add more to its new looks.
Unlike the existing Carens, the Kia Clavis has larger, dual-tone 17-inch ally wheels with a new star-like pattern. The MPV also features silver roof rails and door handles, sporty black cladding on the wheel arches, redesigned LED taillamps connected via a light bar, revised rear bumper and a silver faux skid plate at the rear.
Kia Carnival key engines:
The premium Carens Clavis comes with the same 1.5L naturally aspirated petrol (115bhp/144Nm), 1.5L turbo petrol (160bhp/253Nm) and 1.5L diesel (116bhp/250Nm) engines, which are available with the existing Carens. A 6-speed manual gearbox is standard, while the 6-speed iMT and 7-speed DCT are reserved for the turbo-petrol and 6-speed automatic transmission is exclusive for the diesel variants.
