Senior Tollywood filmmaker YVS Chowdary is all set to launch NTR, the great grandson of legendary actor and former CM of erstwhile Andhra Pradesh, NT Ramarao. The young debutant’s uncles, Nandamuri Kalyan Ram and NTR, extended best wishes when the project was announced a few months ago.
As per the latest updates, the YVS Chowdary-NTR project will be launched on May 12. Coincidentally, NT Ramarao’s iconic movie, Thodu Needa, was released on the same day exactly 60 years ago. The chief guests of the launch event will be announced soon.
Apart from the film’s hero, NTR, YVS Chowdary is also launching the film’s leading lady, a Telugu Kuchipudi dancer named Veena Rao. This as-yet-untitled film will feature a soundtrack composed by MM Keeravani, while Chandrabose and Sai Madhav Burra will take care of the lyrics and dialogue, respectively. YVS’ wife, Yalamanchili Geetha, is bankrolling the project. Stay tuned for further updates.
