Lounge-Like Layout, Screens & Tech!

Tata Motors has officially confirmed the launch details of the much-awaited Sierra SUV. We first saw the model in its early concept stage (EV) at the Auto Expo 2023, followed by its near production version (ICE) at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Show. Over these three years, several details about the product have emerged online, igniting excitement among enthusiasts and buyers. The final production-ready Tata Sierra is slated to hit Indian road in financial year 2026. The carmaker has confirmed that the SUV will initially be offered with the electric powertrainfollowed by an ICE (petrol and diesel) version.

Screens & Elements:

Here, we discuss everything about its interior. While the final cabin layout and feature details of the Sierra are yet to be revealed, we have a handful of details about it. The leaked design patent of the Sierra EV dashboard reveals its cabin layout will remain largely similar to the concept. The dashboard will feature an integrated large central touchscreen (most likely to measure around 12 or 12.3-inch) and a digital instrument cluster. Both units will be part of a dual screen setup.

Just below the touchscreen, there will be the central AC vents along with a 4-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated Tata logo, horizontally running lines across the dashboard and mounted speaker and ambient lighting. The electric version of the SUV might feature a touch-based HVAC panel and drive selector lever similar to the Curvv EV. The centre console will have a floating design with additional storage spaces below it. The cabin layouts of the Tata Sierra EV and ICE will be slightly different.
