Tata Harrier EV

The highly-anticipated Tata Harrier EV will go on sale on 3rd June, 2025. The electric SUV is likely to be offered with multiple battery pack options, and both single and dual electric motor setup. The larger battery pack and dual e-motor configuration will be reserved for the higher trims. It’s expected to deliver a range of over 500km on a single charge. Tata has already confirmed that the Harrier EV will offer a maximum torque of 500Nm and support V2V (vehicle-to-vehicle) and V2L (vehicle-to-load) charging functionalities.
Similar to the Punch EV, the Tata Harrier EV will be built on the brand’s Gen 2 Acti.ev platform. Minimal EV-specific changes will be made to its exterior and interior, while the overall design language, interior layout and features of the EV will be exactly similar to its ICE counterpart.
Mercedes-AMG G63 Collector’s Edition
The German luxury carmaker will announce prices of the Mercedes-AMG G63 Collector’s Edition on 12th June, 2025. It’s an “India-inspired” model that pays a tribute to the “rich Indian tapestry and landscape.” This special edition is likely to receive India-inspired cosmetic enhancements inside and out including bespoke upholstery and colour options.
Mechanically, the Mercedes-AMG G63 Collector’s Edition will remain unchanged. The SUV will continue to derive power from a 4.0L, twin-turbo V8 engine paired with a 48V mild hybrid tech. This motor pushes out a maximum power of 585bhp and 850Nm of torque. The additional 22bhp power comes from the mild hybrid system. It will continue to feature a 9-speed DCT automatic gearbox with paddle shifters, delivering power to all four wheels through the 4Matic system.
