It’s been three years since KTM announced that it was working on an electric version of the Duke. Now for the first time, a prototype of the KTM E-Duke has been seen in public. The bike is on display at the KTM HQ in Austria. The KTM E-Duke, just like its ICE counterpart, has an aggressive design reminiscent of the 390 Duke. It has a single projector headlamp, a flat-ish handlebar with a tiny digital dash, and a stepped seat with a narrow tail section. The E-Duke appears to be based on a modified 390 Duke chassis. It is equipped with a USD fork in the front and a mono-shock in the rear. The battery appears to be mounted low down in the chassis and has a chain final drive. The alloy wheels are similar to those on the 390 Duke, and it has disc brakes at both ends. This KTM E-Duke seems to be an early prototype/concept. The exact technical specifications are not available at this point. Source:@rokbagoros
