Hyderabad: The Supreme Court Collegium, headed by the Chief Justice of India, has proposed the transfer of Justice Tadakamalla Vinod Kumar, a senior judge of the Telangana High Court, to the Madras High Court. The recommendation was made on May 26.
The transfer will take effect following the approval of the President, after which an official notification will be issued by the Centre. Justice Vinod Kumar hails from the erstwhile Nalgonda district and enrolled as an advocate in 1988. He was appointed as a judge of the Telangana High Court on August 26, 2019.
