Promotions for Manchu Vishnu’s ambitious film “Kannappa” are in full swing, with the trailer set to launch later this week. The film is gearing up for a grand theatrical release. However, the OTT deal for “Kannappa” has yet to be finalized. But Vishnu is not concerned. In fact, he prefers to wait until after the film’s release.
Vishnu has already struck a flexible agreement with a major OTT platform. If the film becomes a massive hit, the platform will proceed with the pre-negotiated deal. If the film underperforms, a different arrangement will be made. Both clauses are clearly outlined and mutually signed, giving Vishnu the confidence to focus solely on the film’s theatrical run.
He firmly believes Kannappa has strong box-office potential. The film also boasts a star-studded cast, with Prabhas, Mohanlal, and Akshay Kumar playing key roles.
As part of the ongoing promotional blitz, Akshay Kumar will appear at a major event in Indore, while Mohanlal is set to attend another grand event in Kerala.
