Raw deal in nominated posts irks Kadapa TDP

Suryanarayana Reddy, a contractor from Atluru, was appointed as DCCB Chairman. The RTC Regional Chairman post was awarded to Poola Nagaraju from Anantapur, further sidelining Kadapa leaders.

Notable leaders like S Govardhan Reddy, B Hari Prasad, and VS Amir Babu, who supported the party despite being denied tickets, have been excluded. In Proddatur, senior leaders like former MLA M Linga Reddy and G Praveen Kumar Reddy were also overlooked.

In Jammalamadugu, C Bhupesh Subbarami Reddy, who contested the Kadapa Lok Sabha seat, was promised a key post, but received none. Similarly, in Kamalapuram, Mydukur, Pulivendula, and Badvel, loyal TDP activists who campaigned for coalition candidates remain without due recognition.

Comparisons with the YSRCP regime, when several Kadapa leaders got prominent posts, have intensified TDP leaders’ discontent.

However, they remain hopeful of getting due share for Kadapa in nominated posts in the next phases.
