Hyderabad: A local court on Thursday sentenced a 60-year-old man to five years of rigorous imprisonment in connection with the molestation and harassment of a minor girl in Langar Houz, reported in 2018. The court also imposed a fine of Rs. 1,000 on him.
The convict, Mustafa Hussain, a resident of Nanal Nagar in Langar Houz, had molested the girl at her residence while her parents were away.
Following a complaint, a case was registered at the Langar Houz Police Station, and Hussain was subsequently arrested.
