HYDERABAD

Secretary (Education) Yogita Rana on Monday held a high-level review meeting on the preparedness for launch of the newly sanctioned Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs) in the State.

It was decided that the operationalisation of all the seven sanctioned JNVs at Bhadradri Kothagudem, Jagtial, Mahabubnagar, Medchal-Malkajgiri, Nizamabad, Sangareddy and Suryapet will be completed as per the plan, and classes would commence from July 14.

The review focused on key areas including infrastructure readiness, staff deployment ,academic planning and coordination with respective district administrations.

Participating in the review were JNV Deputy Commissioner T. Gopal Krishna, Assistant Commissioners T. Surya Prakash and B. Chakrapani,  Director, School Education, E. Naveen Nicolas, and other senior officials.
