Former Minister K Taraka Ramarao was summoned to the ACB Hearing for the Second Time.
After the hearing, KTR spoke to the media and hinted about the possibility of getting arrested.

“Revanth Reddy is deriving sadistic pleasure by summoning KCR and Harish Rao before the Kaleshwaram Committee. He may even arrest me. I am ready to get arrested 1000 times for the Brand Image of Hyderabad,” KTR told.
This statement has triggered the discussion if KTR has insider information about the Government arresting him.

In Telugu States, arresting a big leader like KTR is not an easy decision to make as those in Power think arresting the Opposition leaders may bring them sympathy.
Moreover, in this case, the Revanth Reddy Government is planning to go for the Local Elections very soon and the schedule will be out this month-end.

The MPTC and ZPTC Elections will happen first and Sarpanch and Municipal Elections will follow later.
KTR‘s arrest before the Local Elections will be a very difficult decision to make.
If Revanth Reddy gets a negative result here, the countdown will begin for the Government’s downfall.
Revanth Reddy is already struggling to have a grip on the party because of too much internal democracy in Congress.
Once he appears weak, we will see leaders pounce on him and create headaches.
In such a scenario, the Congress High Command will also lose trust in Revanth. This condition may even endanger his CM Seat.
So an arrest at this stage is extremely unlikely.
