Real estate developer Brigade Enterprises Ltd on Thursday (June 19) said its flexible and managed office space brand, BuzzWorks, has expanded its presence in Hyderabad with a new lease agreement signed by Infor India Private Limited.
The global enterprise software firm has taken up 24,000 square feet of workspace at Auro Orbit, located in HITEC City. Infor, a global leader in business cloud software for industry-specific markets, has taken up space at BuzzWorks Auro Orbit, a centre known for its premium design, strategic location and well-curated amenities that support modern workplace needs.
Siddharth Verma, General Manager, BuzzWorks, said, “Available data suggests Hyderabad’s commercial real estate is undergoing a structural shift; 12.5 million square feet of grade A space was leased in 2024, a 56% year-on-year growth, led by IT services and global capability centresa.”

BuzzWorks Auro Orbit is designed around an ‘urban forest’ theme that blends technology and biophilia to enhance creativity, well-being and sustainability. Located on the 18th floor, the workspace features AI-powered smart systems, eco-conscious materials and thoughtfully curated amenities, offering panoramic city views and a vibrant work environment.
Fourth quarter
Brigade Enterprises reported a 19.8% year-on-year (YoY) rise in net profit at ₹246.8 crore for the fourth quarter that ended March 31, 2025. In the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, Brigade Enterprises posted a net profit of ₹206 crore.
The company’s revenue from operations fell 14.2% to ₹1,460.4 crore against ₹1,702.4 crore YoY. At the operating level, EBITDA dipped 3.8% to ₹416 crore in the fourth quarter of this fiscal over ₹432.6 crore a year ago. The EBITDA margin stood at 28.5% compared to 25.4%.

Shares of Brigade Enterprises Limited ended at ₹1,133.75, down by ₹37, or 3.16%, on the BSE today.
