HYDERABAD: A 43-year-old software engineer was killed when a school bus rammed the bike on which he was riding at Hafeezpet. The deceased was identified as Paripelly Pavan Kumar, a resident of RC Puram. According to officials, the bus rammed Pavan’s bike from behind. He sustained multiple injuries and died on the spot. A case was registered against the bus driver, NK Nohan, under section 106 (1) (causing death due to negligent act) of BNS, and the investigation is still ongoing, police said.
