Manchu Vishnu has been working hard to realise his dream project Kannappa, from past five years. He is finally able to bring it to theatres and it is releasing on 27th June, worldwide. Prabhas, Mohanlal, Mohan Babu, Akshay Kumar, Kajal Aggarwal are playing prominent extended cameos in the film.
So, the actor interacted with press and stated that he did not watch the film yet, as his astrologer stated that they can only watch after 27th June 7:00 PM. He stated that Mohan Babu also did not see but few distributors and critics from Hindi Cinema have watched it.
He continued to state that he is believing in his hardwork but there are people who are ready to bring his film down with targeted negative campaign after first show. He stated that he got information about how they are planning to spread negative campaign and stated they are ready to track and take them down.
Vishnu also stated that after a critic’s early review, he saw 70-80 tweets stating that Kannappa is bad and this proves their theory about targeted campaign. He further stated that they will take severe action and legal help against these vested interests who have targeted them and their film.
He clarified that he is not going against critics and professional reviewers but he is only against those people who are looking to bring him and his film down. He stated that all of his kids have acted in cameos as well and the film is very close to his heart.
