Kaanta Laga girl and Bigg Boss fame Shefali Jariwala died due to cardiac arrest at the age of 42. Her family members have stated that she always took care of her health, ate only healthy food, decreased partying and even got health check-ups regularly with emphasis on Yoga. Still, she faced a sudden death due to cardiac arrest.
Her husband Parag Tyagi is unconsolable. She previously got married to MEET Brothers fame singer, Harmeet and pressed charges against him for domestic violence. She had epileptic seizures when she was 15 and then took stress, anxiety reliving exercise regime with Yoga as the basis.
Some sources stated that she could have passed away due to anti-ageing treatment she had been taking from past 5-6 years. But doctors are dismissing these rumors stating that such mild cosmetic drugs do not effect heart. But the model – actress death has risen concerns about cardiac health all over.
Whatever could be the reason, the actress died at a young age just like Puneeth Rajkumar, who also maintained his fitness and always prioritised it.
