I drove from Mangalore to Bangalore on Sunday, June 29, taking the route through BC Road, Uppinangady, Shirady, Sakleshpura, Hassan, and Nelamangala. It had been a long time since I last used this road, and I was happy to see that most of it is now in good condition and easy to drive on.
I started the trip at 7:00 AM. There were around 10 to 15 construction spots between BC Road and Nelyadi, but they were easy to get through and didn’t slow me down much.
I reached Whitefield around 3:00 PM. On the way, I stopped at Hotel SivSurya for breakfast and to charge the car. Another vehicle was already charging, so I got a peak speed of 60kW, which was still pretty good.
