Power cut in parts of Eluru on July 4

The Eastern Power Distribution Company of Andhra Pradesh Limited (APEPDCL), Eluru Operation Circle, has announced a scheduled power outage in certain areas of Eluru on Friday, July 4, for annual maintenance of power lines and removal of tree branches near the lines.

In an official statement, Executive Engineer K.M. Ambedkar stated that electricity supply will be temporarily suspended from 8 A.M. to 2 P.M. in areas under the Kottadibba substation limits. The maintenance is being undertaken to ensure safety and uninterrupted power supply during the upcoming monsoon season. The affected areas include Vennavallivaripeta, Nawabpeta, Satyanarayanapeta, Lambadipeta, Bhavishettivaripeta Nalladibba, and the surrounding areas of Canal Road.
