The Tamil web series ‘Good Wife Season 1’ has come to the streaming of the Tamil web series at the popular OT platform Geo Hotstar. In this review, this web series starring Priyamani in the lead role is impressive.
Story:
Thy (Priyamani) is her husband Gunasilan (Sampath Raj). For some reason, their lives can cause turmoil. In a case, Gunasilan goes to jail. Lawyer begins practicing to support his family. What conditions can the dramatic consequences of this sequence? Will Gunasilan get out of jail? What kind of cases do you argue as a Lawyer? What happens in the end? This is the story of this web series.
Plus Points:
The court room drama means the story of the audience has good expectations. In this web series, the drama in the court room is somewhat appealing to the audience. Priyamani has performed in the next role. The way she designed her character is good. As a wife, a mother to children and a lawyer, she has handled her role.
Children are growing in the environment. It is also well known what kind of proceedings will be made in court in court. With a good twist in the climax, the lead to Season 2 is impressive.
Minus Points:
Audiences hope that there will be suspicions, twists and facts reveal in such a court room drama. But, none of such things are found in this web series. This web series goes very flat. The scenes in court are not too impressive. The court seems to be very routine.
The spouses have come to mind, and then the wife becomes a lawyer for their children .. Priyamani, who has become a lawyer, does not care about her husband. Her seasonal scenes are only connected to the children. Scenes with his ex Lover are not impressive.
The web series with a simple screenplay is slow nation minus. There is nowhere in the audience interested in the web series except for the impressive elements. Lag scenes are also minus this web series.
Technical section:
Director Revathi has been unable to impress the web series by adding a family drama in the story of the court room drama. She has a lot of deficiencies in handle this web series. Makers should be careful when it comes to screenplay. In terms of music, the BGM seems to be not good. Cinematography work is good. The editing is still better. Never mind the construction values. Telugu dubbing is still good.
The verdict:
Overall, the court has unable to impress the audience as the court room drama of ‘Good Wife Season 1’. Two scenes and Priyamani’s performance is a plus for this web series. This includes the high in family drama dose, the lack of screenplay is very slow, and the lack of impressive elements. This web series may not be connected to those who love the court room drama content.
