The movie ‘Moon Walk’, which is set in Malayalam, came to the stream on Geo Hotstar. In this review, the film, which is being screened with youthful content, impressed the audience.
Story:
The story of the 1980s is Jack (Anunath), Shibu (Siddharth), Varun (Rishi), Shaji (Manoj), Sudeep (Prem) and Arun (Sujith) in the same college. They are Michael Jackson Dance. They form a group and named their group ‘Moon Walkers’. However, their family members and college are not encouraged to dance. How did the guys learn dance among the obstacles? What kind of justice have they done to their group name ‘Moon Walkers’? This is the story of the film.
Plus Points:
The film, which came up with the 1980s, is a big plus for the film. In those days, the youth had the effects on them, how seriously the youth took them. Those who played as guys performed well.
The music in the film also brings retro fiel. Family emotions and youthful love are also good. Emotions have also worked out in some places. The Dance Competition in the climax has given a good end to the film.
Minus Points:
When taking such a retro -style storyline, the audience should not be bored anywhere. But the screenplay of the film is very slow and the audience gets a little annoying. The film is minus the lack of entertainment elements.
The way the story is taken is also very routine. The director is minus the film with a story that has no innovation in the audience. Some songs don’t even impress the audience.
The climax episode should be written a little more interesting. The film is not connected to the rest of the audience as the film is just focused on the youth.
Technical section:
Director Vinod AK has chosen a routine, but it is a good entertainment film if it is properly handled. The screenplay seems to be very stretched. This makes the story feel very slow. Cinematography work has been well received by the film. The film concept was nowhere to be missed. The music seemed no longer good. The editing work should be better. Never mind the construction values.
The verdict:
Overall, the ‘Moon Walk’ film came with youthful content but was not completely successful in impressing the audience. The quest for the guys, the quest for dancing, will somewhat impress the audience. Slow Nation, Boring Screenplay and Stretch Scenes have been damaged. Those who love youthful content and Malayalam films are better at seeing the film with less expectations.
