HYDERABAD: The South East Zone task force arrested a habitual property offender, Shaik Hafeezuddin (22), on Sunday. Police recovered over Rs5.9 lakh in cash from him. In the recent case that happened on Friday, the accused, who is a wall painter from Shah Colony in Dabeerpura, used a duplicate key and stole a polythene bag containing a large sum of cash from Waheedunnisa Begum Masjid, Ganga Nagar nala. Police said the accused resorted to theft for easy money. Despite previous arrests, he continued his criminal activities. A case was registered at Rein Bazar police station.
