Hyderabad: A 29-year-old man, working in a private company, died in a road accident at R.C. Puram late on Tuesday night. The R.C. Puram police said deceased M Anand was going towards Chandanagar on his bike with his friend M. Sai Krishna, when a trailer rammed into his vehicle from behind near a U-turn. He sustained severe head injuries and was rushed to Patancheru Government Hospital in an ambulance, where doctors declared him brought dead.
The complaint was lodged by Sai Krishna. Police said the trailer driver identified as Divyesh Kumar Sinha from Bihar was subject to an alcohol test, in which he tested negative for drunk driving. A case has been registered.
