Maruti e Vitara – 500+ km Range, Features & Price Expectations

Maruti Suzuki’s first electric offering for India – the e Vitara – is set to hit showrooms on 3rd September, 2025. The electric midsize SUV was first showcased as eVX concept in 2023, followed by the debut of its close-to-production version at this year’s Bharat Mobility Show. Once launched, the Maruti e Vitara will directly rival the Hyundai Creta Electric, MG ZS EV and Mahindra BE 6. Its twin from Toyota – the Urban Cruiser – will also compete with the e Vitara.
