Rachakonda police bust adulterated milk unit in Parvathapur, owner arrested


The Rachakonda SOT raided a milk adulteration unit in Parvathapur and arrested its owner for allegedly selling chemically altered milk to hotels and homes. Police seized 110 litres of adulterated milk and handed the suspect over to Medipally police.

The Rachakonda SOT raided a milk adulteration unit in Parvathapur and arrested its owner for allegedly selling chemically altered milk to hotels and homes. Police seized 110 litres of adulterated milk and handed the suspect over to Medipally police.


Hyderabad: The Rachakonda Special Operations Team raided an manufacturing unit at Parvathapur on the suburbs and arrested its owner on Friday.

G Muralikrishna Reddy was adulterating milk and selling the same to hotels and houses. He has been indulging in malpractice for the past few years, police said.


The officials seized 110 liters of adulterated milk, skimmed milk powder, hydrogen peroxide and other material from the spot.

The SOT officials handed over the suspect and seized material to the Medipally police for further action.
