Tamil film actor Vijay Sethupathi and Nithya Menon have been released in theaters today. In this review, let’s see how much the film impressed the audience.
Story:
Agasaviran (Vijay Sethupathi) runs a Tiffin Center. He marries Arasi alias Perarasi (Nithya Menon). Their marital life goes on smoothly. They often clash with conflicts between them. Because of this, they stay away for three months. However, Agasaviran turns his personal matter into a family issue for a strong reason. What is the reason for their clashes? What is the turning point in this story? Do they compromise or are ready to break up ..? Is the story of the movie.
Plus Points:
Vijay Sethupathi and Nithya Menon are the main strength of the Talaivan Talaivi film. The chemistry between them and their roles impress the audience. The way they played their roles with love.
In a solid scene in front of the climax, Vijay is a responsible husband and son -in -law. His emotion workout in this scene.
In some places the comedy scenes laugh. This comedy impresses the audience in the scenes between the characters. Santosh Narayanan has succeeded in cultivating BGM emotional scenes. All these factors have also made the film connect to the audience.
Minus Points:
The story of the film is very routine. The story of the film has become a routine template, which is somewhat new. This can cause frustration in the audience.
The screenplay feels the same as the story revolves around a small problem. The story goes on as a very routine with scenes. It is also a bit of a disgust.
There are so many characters on the screen .. But some of them are preferred and do not impress the audience. Most roles seem to be just for screen presence. Yogi Babu laughed in some scenes but could not fully use him.
The spouses were often unable to say the point that the emotional bonding between them would go away. Such scenes should be careful. Another major minus is that the story is not interesting in the second half.
Technical section:
The attempt to present the point on how director Pandiraj is getting away is somewhat fanatic. But he should have done this better. The result would have been different if the screenplay was more strong. Santosh Narayanan’s music. The BGM score in particular has been well received for many scenes. M.Su Kumar Cinematography Work is good. Pradeep e. Raghav’s editing work is still better. Construction values are good.
The verdict:
Overall, ‘Thalaivan Talaivi’ seems to be somewhat okay with some moments as a family drama. Vijay Sethupathi and Nithya Menon Solid Performance are impressed. But, the reputed scenes and the goal of the Nation Dull have made the story weak. Despite the Honest Attempt and Comedy, they could not succeed in engaging the audience. Those who love family dramas can try this film with fewer expectations.
