Hyderabad: Senior citizens and Divyangjans of the Hyderabad district, who cannot attend Prajavani, can now submit their petitions through WhatsApp.
In a major relief to the senior citizens and divyangjans, Hyderabad District Collector Harichandana Dasari has decided to initiate WhatsApp services for them to send their petitions for Prajavani, which is organised every Monday at the Hyderabad Collectorate.
They can utilise this WhatsApp number 7416687878 and avoid the hassle and expense of travelling to the district collector’s office to submit their petitions. The staff will download them, register them in a specially maintained portal, assign an ID number, and inform the petitioner that their application has been received.
Once the Action Taken Report (ATR) is received from the respective department, the information will be sent to their mobile numbers.
