They both were phenomenal and I can understand the hype associated with Porsche GT cars.

Tail of the Dragon meet #3
This has been the Rust Belt group’s third meet in the Tail of the Dragon area within the last 4 years. Tail of the Dragon is a famous road in the US – an 11-mile stretch with 318 curves. Even though ToD is well known among the biking & car community, there are plenty of other roads in the area which is hardly visited by people other than the locals. For this meet, a few of us flew to the destination and some members drove from Chicago, Detroit & New Jersey.

Cars and their Drivers
We drove along the roads mapped from our previous trips for two days and covered around 250 miles each day. Our drive began every morning around 8 am and we were back by the evening. Unlike previous trips, few drivers had interesting encounters with the cops.

I drove a 999.1 GT3 for 1000 miles under different road conditions for this trip and also had a chance to drive 992.1 GT3RS on a twisty road. They both were phenomenal and can understand the hype associated with Porsche GT cars.
