The lottery for 159 flats at the Rajiv Swagruha project in Bandalguda, Nagole, would be held at the project office in the locality on Wednesday (July 30). People could choose the flat of their choice during the application process. If more than one person chooses a flat, a lottery will be conducted by Telangana Rajiv Swagruha Corporation. The process will be streamed live on YouTube.
If an applicant does not win the lottery in Bandalguda, they can use the receipt — acknowledging the Demand Draft — to apply for a flat at the corporation’s project in Pocharam, and open plots in Thorrur, Bahadurpally and Kurmalguda, said Rajiv Swagruha Corporation managing director V.P Gautham on Tuesday. Around 1,900 people applied for the flats in Pocharam and Bandlaguda.
The last date to apply for the 601 flats in Pocharam is July 31 and the lottery would be held on August 1 and 2. The price of a one BHK there is ₹13 lakh and a 2BHK is ₹19 lakh.
