Nizamabad Software Engineer Died Due To Cardiac Arrest In US


NIZAMABAD: Vadlamudi Harikrishna, 49, of Ethonda village in Kotagiri mandal died due to cardiac arrest in Virginia of the United States. The incident occurred when the victim was in a boat riding in a river. Harikrishna went to the United States in the early 2000s and settled as a software engineer.

He along with family members went for boat riding in Virginia and suffered heart stroke. He fell in the waters and a daughter of his friend rescued him and conducted CPR. While trying to shift him to hospital, he died. Vadlamudi Harikrishna is survived by wife Shilpa, two daughters.

The parents of Vadlamudi Harikrishna, Vadlamudi Radhakrishna and Saraswathi recently went to United States and staying with their son. It is believed that last rites of the deceased will be conducted in Virginia on Tuesday or Wednesday, the sources said. Close relatives of the Vadlamudi family also rushed to the US after the incident.
