August 14, 2025, is shaping up to be one of the biggest days for Indian cinema, as War 2 and Coolie are set to release globally. War 2 belongs to the YRF Spy Universe and brings together Hrithik Roshan and Jr. NTR in a high-voltage action drama. Meanwhile, Coolie marks the first collaboration between director Lokesh Kanagaraj and superstar Rajinikanth, generating massive curiosity across the country.
Both films are led by powerhouse actors and are expected to take a massive opening on Day 1 in India. Fans are eagerly waiting to see their favorite stars in action, romance, and dance sequences. Although War 2 stars Hrithik Roshan and Jr. NTR, who both enjoy massive international fan followings, Coolie offers a strong pan-India cast. With Malayalam actor Soubin Shahir, Telugu star Nagarjuna, Kannada actor Upendra, and even a cameo by Aamir Khan, Coolie promises to cater to a wide audience globally.
