I really like its minimalistic design, which gives a very nice, neat and clean look.
BHPian raghavm recently shared this with other enthusiasts:
Got a Woscher wireless adapter for my Hyundai Creta EV for about Rs 2200.
Working fine for me since last month or so. The main benefit from others is the flat dongle adapter that comes with it, which gives a very nice, neat and clean look (no protruding out of the dongle). I really like the minimalistic look of this.
Was hearing Motorinc on YouTube – and they were like – most of these dongles work just fine. So my thought is probably just buy the cheapest one around. The only issue is the longevity, so I just hope they work for a longer time. Also in that regard, Apple users can take a look at Carlinkit – it has an Rs 800 dongle on Amazon that works only on iOS.
One more thing – my dongle uses my phone’s Wifi for a fast and stable connection. No problem while driving, but when I’m walking around the car in my walkway, the phone connects to the dongle whenever I am near the car (this might be an EV-specific thing, as in other cars, the dongle would probably be off due to no power supply).
And then, if I’m talking to someone, the audio goes away as it is transferred to the dongle. Or if I’m using my home Wifi, that also disconnects and the phone moves to mobile data (since the Wifi is being used by Woscher).
Are any of you experiencing the same with your dongles?
