Tollywood producer Nagar Vamsi’s speech was one of the main highlights at the just concluded pre-release event of Hrithik Roshan and NTR’s highly anticipated action spy thriller, War 2. The massive event was held in Hyderabad on Sunday evening amid thousands of excited fans.
Speaking at the event, Naga Vamsi, who’s presenting the film’s Telugu version, told Tarak fans that director Ayan Mukerji has taken enough care to ensure War 2 feels like a proper Telugu movie. “You will definitely love the movie. You guys anyway scold me a lot, you can scold me as much as you want if you don’t like War 2. You should make sure that War 2’s Telugu version collects more than its Hindi version,” said the young producer.
Looking at the massive fan frenzy during the event, Naga Vamsi stated that it looks like we are welcoming Hrithik Roshan to Telugu cinema more than sending NTR to Hindi cinema. “NTR Anna has raised his collar many times for us. It’s our responsibility to make War 2 a huge blockbuster and raise our collar for him,” said Naga Vamsi.
Also starring Bollywood actress Kiara Advani in a lead role, War 2 is produced by Aditya Chopra under the iconic Yash Raj Films banner. The film is scheduled for release on August 14.
