Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently described Pawan Kalyan as an Aandhi (storm), recognizing his pivotal role in the victory of the TDP–Jana Sena–BJP alliance in Andhra Pradesh and in unseating the YS Jagan-led government.
Now, Superstar Rajinikanth has gone a step further, calling Pawan Kalyan a “Political Thoofan.” The gesture sent Pawan Kalyan’s fans into celebration. Pawan Kalyan, the actor-turned-politician, is the president of the Jana Sena Party and currently serves as the Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.
This came after Pawan Kalyan congratulated Rajinikanth through a press statement on completing 50 years in cinema and wished him grand success for “Coolie.” Responding on Twitter, Rajinikanth warmly addressed Pawan as his brother and a political thoofan, adding that he felt deeply honored and overwhelmed by the wishes.
Rajinikanth wrote: “Deeply honored and overwhelmed by your kind wishes, respected Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, my dear brother and political Thoofan @PawanKalyan garu Thank you from the bottom of my heart. God bless.”
Meanwhile, “Coolie” continues its strong run in the Telugu states and is on track to become a profitable venture for its distributors.
