AR Murugadoss is interacting with various media outlets promoting his upcoming biggie, Madharaasi. The movie starring Sivakarthikeyan is projected to be his big comeback after many duds. His latest release, Sikandar starring Salman Khan, became a huge disaster and hence, he is expecting Madharaasi to change fortunes.
In an interview, he blamed Salman Khan for not being so professional and only coming to sets in night time. He remarked that it changed his vision and had to shoot many scenes in green screen studio. Now, he revealed that Ajith is the reason for six pack revolution in Indian Cinema.
He stated that he met Ajith at Ji film shooting and narrated story as Mirattal. While he enjoyed it, he stated to the director that he would transform into a six pack body for the film. While they started shooting with Ajith as Sanjay Ramaswamy, the movie had to be halted due to the actor’s other commitments.
Later, the movie went to Suriya and became Ghajini. AR Murugadoss stated that he learnt a lot in the two days of shoot with Ajith and it is his idea to develop six pack and hence, he asked Aamir Khan and Suriya, for such a body. He remarked that post Ghajini, six pack became a trend in Indian Cinema and Ajith planted the idea.
Madharaasi is gearing up for a big release on 5th September 2025. AR Murugadoss stated that he concentrated on writing and presentation for this film and it came out as he envisioned. Hence, he confident that it would work like magic at the box office.
