Haworth, the US$ 2.5 billion global leader in premium workspace solutions, has inaugurated its biggest Indian experience centre at Gowra Palladium, HITEC City, Hyderabad. Spread across 8,400 sq f., the new showroom marks a significant step in Haworth’s India expansion strategy and showcases its global design ethos, innovation, and sustainable workspace offerings.
Hyderabad, one of the world’s fastest-growing millionaire cities and a hub for healthcare, pharma, GCCs and IT-BPM, is expected to cross 150 million sq. ft. of office stock by end-2025. This growth is fuelling demand for premium, future-ready office spaces—an opportunity Haworth is tapping into.

Located within the IGBC ‘Gold’ pre-certified Gowra Palladium, the centre integrates sustainable materials, natural lighting, and zoning strategies, while the building itself offers energy-efficient systems, modern infrastructure, and ESG-aligned features.
As part of its broader India growth plan, Haworth aims to expand to 10 showrooms by 2026. The Hyderabad centre will also serve as a collaborative hub for clients, designers, and architects to explore next-generation workspace concepts and test ergonomic solutions.
Since entering India in 1997, Haworth has steadily strengthened its footprint. Its Chennai manufacturing plant produces for both domestic and global markets, while its 26,000 sq. ft. Global Shared Services Centre, set up in 2023, supports international operations. A new 113,000 sq. ft. factory is underway in Sriperumbudur to double capacity. Today, Haworth operates seven showrooms in India, including two dealer-run centres, and employs over 300 professionals nationwide.
