Telangana Weather August 20 | Heavy rain forecast for four districts

Heavy rainfall is very likely at isolated places in Jayashankar Bhupalapally, Mulugu, Bhadradri Kothagudem and Mahabubabad districts in Telangana on Wednesday (August 20, 2025). India Meteorological Department (IMD) in the latest bulletin has forecast thunderstorms accompanied with lightning and gusty winds (30-40 kmph) as very likely at isolated places in all districts.

Hyderabad and its surrounding areas were forecast to receive light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied with gusty winds (30-40 kmph) over the next 24 hours, according to the bulletin issued on Tuesday afternoon.
