Hyundai and Kia have confirmed their plans to launch hybrid vehicles in India; however, the names and specific product details are yet to be revealed officially. The South Korean automakers are betting big on SUVs, and their upcoming hybrid models will also belong to this category. The highly popular Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos midsize SUVs will go hybrid with their generation upgrades in 2027. Following them will be three-row hybrid SUVs – codenamed Hyundai Ni1i and Kia MQ4i. Hyundai will also introduce its flagship Palisade SUV in 2028. Here’s a quick look at the key details of the upcoming Hyundai and Kia hybrid SUVs.
