Vijayawada: As the realty market becomes conducive again, the National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) announced a property show after a gap of two years. The 11th edition of the property show, named the Amaravati Property Festival, will be held between September 19 and 21. The three-day mega expo is being planned as a one-stop shop for aspiring home buyers. As many as 60 exhibitors, including developers, housing finance institutions, interior design providers, architects, and consultants, will take part in the festival.NAREDCO Central Zone President Sandeep Mandava said that this festival puts homebuyers first by bringing credible developers, transparent project options, and on-the-spot financial assistance under one roof. He observed that Vijayawada–Amaravati is entering its next phase of growth, and it is the best time to invest in this region, which is still a buyers’ market.NAREDCO State Executive Vice-President Kiran Paruchuri said that the govt’s proactive approach is helping developers offer houses at affordable prices. He said that the sand policy, NALA abolishment, and relaxation of layout rules helped developers pass on the benefit to home buyers as development costs came down with govt policies.SLV Developers Chairman Penmatcha Srinivasa Raju said that the realty market in Vijayawada and Amaravati is slowly gaining momentum. He said that they are receiving a huge number of inquiries from the last two months as many institutions are coming to Amaravati.
