Honouring the joy of Onam and the spirit of Chingam, guests can indulge in heritage-rich thalis and a lavish festive brunch, each crafted to reflect the warmth, abundance, and togetherness that define Kerala’s celebrations.
From 1st to 6th September, Terra presents a special Onam Celebration Thali by Chef Rajiv, an homage to Kerala’s timeless culinary legacy. Served in the classic thali style, the spread showcases an artful balance of spice, texture, and flavour. Dishes like the peppery Kozhi Milagu Varuval, the tang-laced Alleppey Fish Curry, Beans Porial, and Murungai Sambar sit alongside fluffy boiled rice, leading to a sweet crescendo with Payasam. Available in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, this thali channels the convivial spirit of Onam, accompanied by the subtle rhythms of house music that create a contemporary yet festive mood.
The celebration continues on 7th September with the SIP, DIP ‘n’ DINE – Chingam Brunch, a more indulgent, all-day affair. The buffet features Kerala’s soulful classics, Avial, Kalan, Olan, and Koottu Curry, alongside global favourites, creating a table that feels both familiar and exciting. Live music and access to the pool round out the experience, turning it into a festive escape.
