A man in Hyderabad confronted three men harassing women with a peacock feather on Jubilee Hills road, shared video on X, and Cyberabad Traffic Police promised strict action.

A man in Hyderabad bravely intervened to stop three men who were harassing two women on a busy road by touching them with a peacock feather. While driving a car, the man, Aniketh Shetty, noticed the disturbing scene: three men riding a motorcycle following the women, who were on a two-wheeler, with one of the men using a peacock feather to touch them inappropriately.
Sharing a video of the men on social media platform X, Shetty urged the police to take action. The video, filmed by Shetty’s wife who was in the car with him, showed Shetty slowing down and shouting at the men, asking them what they were doing and why they were teasing the women.

In a post on X, he wrote, “These 3 pieces of shit were following the girls in front of them and touching them with the peacock feather till I pulled down the window & yelled at them. Would’ve chased them further but the car in front of me didn’t give way(sic).”
Shetty’s wife managed to capture the license plate on camera and warned the miscreants that she would inform the police about the incident. The men on the motorcycle pretended innocence and sped away. Shetty mentioned that he wanted to follow them further but was obstructed by another car.
“These 3 pieces of sh*t were following the girls and touching them with the peacock feather until I pulled down the window and yelled at them. Would’ve chased them further but the car in front of me didn’t give way,” Shetty wrote while sharing the video on X.
He added, “There is NOTHING more infuriating than watching this. I just reached home and I’m still shivering due to the adrenaline. 10000% sure I would’ve done something unlawful if my wife wasn’t with me.”
In his post, he urged the police to take action against the men.
Shetty also shared the motorcycle’s license number and the incident’s location, stating it started in Jubilee Hills near Neeru’s signal and continued till opposite UR Life Studio when Hyderabad City Police responded to his post with a request for more information.
The Cyberabad Traffic Police also assured strict action would be taken against the culprits. “The concerned team has been informed to take strict action. Thank you for bringing this to our notice,” Cyberabad Traffic Police wrote in response to Shetty’s video.
