Hyderabad: A bus driver died in a road accident on Saturday night after losing control of the vehicle and hitting a roadside house at Dunthalapalli village, Mahabubabad district. Several passengers on the bus escaped with minor injuries.The accident occurred on the highway while the bus was travelling from Khammam to Warangal, carrying a group of people en route to a wedding.According to the police, the bus driver, Devender, lost control of the speeding vehicle and crashed into a roadside house. Devender died on the spot from a deep neck wound. Fortunately, the residents of the house were in another room having dinner.The front room’s wall was completely damaged due to the impact of the accident. The front of the bus was completely destroyed in the collision.“Until a few minutes before the accident, my children were playing outside,” said one of the residents.The locals rescued the passengers and took them to hospital.
