Vijayawada: The Andhra Pradesh govt conferred three chairpersons of three different commissions/academies with cabinet ranks on Tuesday. According to a govt order (GO) MS No 102 issued by principal secretary (political), Mukesh Kumar Meena, the govt conferred cabinet rank status to AP mahila commission chairperson Dr Rayapati Sailaja, along with AP state scheduled caste commission chairman KS Jawahar and AP press academy chairman Alapati Suresh.In this regard, the departments concerned were asked to take necessary action for the fixation of pay and allowances to the three chairpersons conferred with the cabinet rank.
