HYDERABAD: An emergency helpline has been set up by the Telangana govt for citizens stranded in Nepal due to the situation there. Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy directed the activation of an emergency helpline at Telangana Bhavan, New Delhi, to support citizens stranded in Nepal and also for their families to contact.“No citizens were reported injured or missing so far. The govt is working with the MEA and Indian Embassy, Kathmandu, for their safety and repatriation,” an official spokesperson of the state govt said on Wednesday.The helpline contact numbers are: Vandhana: +91 9871999044, G. Rakshith Naik: +91 9643723157, and Ch. Chakravarthi: +91 9949351270.“Citizens are advised to follow only official advisories and avoid trusting unverified information,” the govt spokesperson said.
