Sonakshi Sinha, in her first full-fledged Telugu role, is set to sizzle as a seductress, showcasing her dancing skills and glamorous screen presence. She will appear as Dhana Pisachi (a money-minded temptress) in a special song in “Jatadhara.”
“This Vijayadashami, confront the new face of evil as dhana pisachi arrives on 1st October,” the team Announced.
The film stars Sudheer Babu as the male lead, with Sonakshi playing the main heroine. Touted as a spiritual thriller with devotional elements, “Jatadhara” is being produced on a massive scale in both Telugu and Hindi.
Sonakshi has previously acted in several Bollywood blockbusters, including Dabangg. She made her South Indian debut with Rajinikanth’s “Lingaa,” but “Jatadhara” marks her first Telugu film.
