Ravi Teja’s “Mass Jathara” has seen an unprecedented number of release date changes. In fact, no other film in his career has faced this many postponements after official announcements. In a new promo, the actor himself admits he has never felt this embarrassed while announcing a release date for a movie.
The film was first slated for Sankranthi 2025, then moved to May 9. It was later shifted to August 27. Now, it has officially joined the October lineup. After multiple delays, the team has locked October 31st as the final release date.
To make the announcement, the makers released a promo featuring Ravi Teja and Hyper Aadi discussing the repeated postponements. The video ends with Ravi Teja calling producer Naga Vamsi and declaring October 31 as the locked date, even swearing on Lord Ganesh that there won’t be any further changes.
“Mass Jathara” is a cop drama in which Ravi Teja plays Sub-Inspector Lakshman. The actor has a long-held sentiment that donning a police role brings him box office success.
