Nissan plans to introduce three new models in India. The carmaker has lined up two SUVs and an MPV, with the first model slated for launch in early 2026. Emphasising Nissan’s commitment to the market, Saurabh Vatsa, MD of Nissan Motor India, said, “We have been in the country, and we are going to be in the country.” Speaking of future launches, Vatsa said, “Every six months you will have a new car.” The company will introduce a B-segment MPV in February 2026. It is expected to be a rebadged version of the Renault Triber. Nissan’s much-awaited midsize SUV will arrive around June 2026. The new 5-seater SUV will compete with the likes of the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, and Skoda Kushaq, as well as the upcoming Renault Duster.
