Mine was an NA too, got it when it had already crossed 1.5 L Kms (Dad’s hand me down), drove it till nearly 3 L kms and the car was finally scrapped at around 4 L kms. The last trip was from Agra to Dharamshala. It was still reliable. Apart from routine servicing, the engine was cleaned once (overhauled actually, but just the piston rings were changed). Had most iterations of the Safari ( the Turbo Sierra engine, the 3.0L truck engine, the VARICOR). Missed out on buying the Nano and Tiago JTP (regrets), family was against both. Owned the Vista, Zest, 2 Nexons (the very first and the latest FL), Harrier. Will definitely buy the new Sierra for sentimental reasons. Regards kaps454.
